Michalk, Beatty & Alcozer, L.P. assists Veterans appeal decisions once the Veteran has received an intial rating decision from the VA Regional Office (VARO) and after the Veteran files a Notice of Disagreement (NOD) with the VA regarding that rating decision.  If the Veteran needs assistance in filing the NOD we can be of assistance in that regard as well.  However, in order for us to assist you, you must have already received an initial rating decision.

If you've been denied disability compensation by the VA contact ALEX BASS as soon as possible.  You must file your NOD within one year of receiving the rating decision.
